Are they synchronized between build project and project in Unity?

I make a project with script.

The purpose of the script is when I click space on keyboard, color the cube will changed to yellow and red respectively.

When I run in my notebook, it does.

But when I build it in Android cellphone, it does not.

That's the reseason  why I think the answer is no.
